GFP-084.2-2009-0209 THE GET FIT POD HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT) RUNNING WORKOUT This is a short but intense, high intensity workout for runners. Like our HIIT Treadmill workout, you will run hard, you will get out of breath, you will be making strange noises, but you will absolutely be burning calories and fat - and you will keep those calories and that fat burning even while you are resting and recovering during the rest of the day. This workout features very short intense intervals. It needs to be done outside on the road, the track, the field; wherever you run side. It can also be done inside, but you'll need to do it on an indoor track, it cannot be done on a treadmill. (If you want to do a HIIT treadmill workout, checkout Episode 84). I'll be your coach for this difficult and challenging workout. I've selected a soundtrack to keep you motivate you and running hard.
