As a result of some very enthusiastic reviews from GarageBand.com members, "Hey Kate!" will be Track of the Day at GarageBand.com.
For 24 hours on Monday, the 15th of October, 2007 (PST) "Hey Kate!" will be featured on GarageBand.com's Power Pop front page.
Review of Hey Kate!:
Very polished work Great guitar tone here. Professional production.
Great harmonies during the chorus!
Very surprised by the chord changes at the end of the chorus. I was expecting something more generic, but what you did was unique and refreshing.
Now, even a good song like this can be ruined by a bad performance, but there is not even a single note in here that I can say negative things about. Excellent performance.
Good song + good production + good performance = 5
